Robinson/Ward Shower

T and I left Moab really early so we could make it back to my shower that my mom and sisters threw for me.
Mom getting the yummy chocolate fountain going:)
My sisters and mom put together this way cute basket full of all the baby things I need. (Thanks you guys for all that you did for me, you are the greatest I love you so much)
Opening all the fun gifts.
The shower was amazing, Thank you Mom, Ree, Sue and T for throwing it for me. Also thank you to everyone that took the time out of their day to come, it meant a lot. I am excited to use all the things I got:)

MOAB

Platinum did a training for the guys in Moab. On Wed night Joseph and I drove to Fountain Green and slept over at Casey and Jason's so we could caravan to Moab Thursday morning.

The bishop in Fountain Green have these jiggle machines that are suppose to jiggle your fat away. It was so funny to watch Joseph and Casey on them.
We went through Manti, the temple there is so pretty.
The March Madness games were on and Jason was not about to miss them, so he did a little watching during dinner. :)

On Friday all the guys went jeeping.
My brothers and Talisha were down in Moab too, so I meet up with her and Reggie and hung out with them. (I don't know why I look like I don't have a neck, guess it was how I was sitting:)
T and I found some shirts that had some funny sayings on them:)
Cheese:)
Thanks T for coming and hanging out with me all day and for driving home with me so early Saturday morning. :) Love ya.

Here are some ACTION shots of Joseph running his marathon:)
Close up:) YUM

Push it love, push it:)
and the finish:)
Sorry the pictures are so small.

Flash Back to Kaiizen

I found pictures of when Jordan, Nattie, Whit, Joseph and I went to Mexico with a service group called Kaiizen. That trip was so much fun!!!!! The whole gang, the two people on the end did not have a ride so they rode with us, don't remember their names.

Stopping in Los Vegas for lunch.
The beach where we had to sleep the first and last night.
We were able to go to the beach one day and Joseph and I went on a horse back ride, it was fun The whole group split up and went to three different Orphanages. We went to the El Sauzal Orphanage
We did a bunch of service there. Planted a garden, painted dentist office, made ramps and planted trees. We were able to play with the kids too, we got in a huge water fight:) They loved it
Whit brought a tent for all of us, but when we went to open it she realized she brought the wrong one, she brought the broken one instead of the new one. It made for some funny times:)
With Joseph's mad rigging skills we got the tent up and ready for sleeping:)
Love the swings, reminds me of being a kid again:)
The kids there LOVE soccer so we drew and spray painted their favorite teams logo on their soccer court:)
This was such a fun trip, we all need to do it again:)

We have been so blessed to be able stay in different states in the summer and with family while trying to get things all figured out. The Lord has truly blessed us so much since we have been married its unreal. ( Thank you mom and dad for all that you have done for Joseph and I. We loved staying with you two and had so much fun. Trip to Cali:)

Well Joseph and I planned a 4 day trip to Cali so he could run his marathon and it turned out to be a 8 day trip instead:)
We left SLC last Sat and drove to Vegas with Casey and Jason so we would not have to drive all the way to Cali in one day and in Beaver we got stuck in major traffic. The weather was so bad in Beaver. This white car belongs to someone from Platinum, poor kid:(

The trucks did not put on their chains to they were blocking the roads for all of us cars. Joseph did not want to wait so he got out and started directing the trucks so there would be a place for he cars to go through. I still cant believe he did that, but he got traffic moving again so that was good:)
Once through the mess this is what the other side of the road looked like.
It got worse and worse as we drove.
My parents were coming home from St. George the next day and someone told them that they closed the road at 9:00 Sat night and people had to sleep at the church. We were so glad we got through when we did.
LOS VEGAS......
My mom had a free room at the MGM Grand, so all of us stayed there Sat night to Sun. (Thanks again mom, your the best) Casey's brother played that day in a softball tournament so we meet up with his family and Casey's dad and went to Rain Forest Cafe.
We had the waitress sing to Casey, because her birthday was on Monday:)
SAN DIEGO.....
We drove to San Diego on Sunday. Jason, Joseph and a bunch of guys from Platinum are going to sell in San Diego this summer so they came to test the area out Mon- Sat
Every morning we ate at this way yummy place called Richard Walkers Pancake House. It was so good.
They even had stuff from the ovens of Brittany:):)

The first time we went there (Monday morning) we got so much food, we didn't eat until 7 that night because we were so stuffed from breakfast.
While the boys were knocking, Casey, Zuri and I just sat by the pool. Look how cute Zuri is in her swimming outfit:)
That night we went out to Mexican for Casey's birthday and this guy sang to her. He sang for like 15 min I am not even joking, it was so long.
Zuri's face while the guy was singing, I think she even wanted him to stop.

Joseph, Jason and I planned to do something fun for Casey since she was away from home on her birthday. So Joseph and I decorated their hotel room while she was gone. Here is her face when we popped out and said Happy Birthday:)
The yummy Oreo Cake:)
Make a wish!!!

The gang:) ( I hope you had a good b-day Casey and know that we love ya:)
PALM DESERT......
On Wed afternoon Joseph and I left San Diego and drove to Palm Desert to visit my grandparents:)
One night we went to dinner with them and I say this and had to get a picture. Joseph was a good sport and did it with me:) His face is the best:)
It was so nice to relax and sit by the pool for a couple of days. Something both of us definitely needed:)
Joseph and I swam laps everyday, I forgot how much I love to swim. Its so refreshing.
My Grandma and Grandpa are so much fun to be with, Joseph and I laugh so hard when we are with them. My grandpa has some super funny jokes/comments, he is hilarious. And my grandma has the best stories. I love them so much, they are the greatest.
(Thanks again Grandma and Grandpa for letting us come and stay with you, we had such a blast and we loved spending time with you)
LOS ANGELES........
Sat afternoon Joseph and I left Palm Desert and drove to L.A. to pick up all his stuff for the marathon. They started right here at Dodger Stadium.
They had all sorts of things there. This is an ellipti-go its a elliptical rider and bicycle in one. I wanted it so bad:)
This is where Joseph finished his run. The Santa Monica Pier. It was very over cast and smoggy that day, but very nice weather for the runners.
And here he is:):) Joseph finished in 5 hours and eighteen min. Such an amazing time for someones first time. I had to jump over the gate to get this picture, (It was a pretty funny sight, pregnant girl jumping over this huge metal gate:)) they had the whole place barricaded off.

there were so many people there is was crazy. Over 25,00 people ran in this marathon it was huge.
It was the 25th year L.A. has done this Marathon and they gave all the runners a metal.
They had so many snacks and treats for the runners after the race and Joseph and I packed my bag full so we could have some yummy snacks for the ride home, as you can see its about to fall off my shoulder:)
They put these blanket looking things over every runner to keep their temp the same so they would not go into shock. I got there when the race had been going for 2 hours and the people that were finishing that early were falling on the ground, throwing up, not able to walk. The medical staff ran to those people so fast it was not even funny.
Here is the bib Joseph had to wear while running. I still cant beleive he ran a marathon, he did such an amazng job.
(Good job Love I am so proud of you; YOU DID IT, even though it was hard you pushed through and finished, not many peolpe can say that, so good job)
